Frequently Asked Questions

GraphicMixology illustrates, designs and markets its products and partners with Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service, to produce and ship orders to customers. Please note that Printify is responsible for fulfillment. That means, when you place an order Printify manages the printing and shipping processes. For any issues related to printing or shipping, please contact us and we will coordinate with Printify to resolve the issue. In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 28 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, customers can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

Please note, Graphic Mixology and Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if a customer ordered the wrong size or color.

The following delivery times are estimates and may vary. 

Graphic Mixology is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, and cannot guarantee delivery dates.  USA

Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days
Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days

Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days

Priority Express: 2-3 business days (incl. production)
International  International Standard Shipping: 10-30 business days

Priority International: 3-6 business days

Graphic Mixology is not responsible for any customs, duties, and/or import taxes that may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE (USA)

We recommend ordering by the following dates to expect delivery before Christmas Day. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, as there is always a possibility of delays with USPS which is outside of our control. 

Standard Shipping: Order by December 2nd

Priority Shipping: Order by December 9th

Priority Express: Order by December 16th

Processing Times: Unless otherwise specified, all items have a processing time of 1-3 business days before your order is shipped. 


I need my order by a specific date, can you rush it for me?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please double-check your spam folder. If it has been more than 10 business days (US orders) or 21 business days (international orders) since your tracking information last updated, please contact us for further assistance.

How are your posters shipped?

All posters are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube.

All products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise specified.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us with your name and order number immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Cancellations   

If your order has not shipped, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number. If it has been more than 6 hours since your order was placed, it's possible it has already been processed for shipping, and will not be eligible for cancellation.

Can I change my shipping address on an order?

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us ASAP with your name, order number, and updated address. If your order has already shipped, it won't be possible to make changes to the shipping address.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

If your order has not shipped, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number, and we will do our best to help!

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped, please contact us ASAP with your name and order number, and I will check if it's still possible to cancel your order. If it has been more than 6 hours since your order was placed, it's possible it has already been processed for shipping, and would not be eligible for cancellation.

 My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number, and photos of the damage to receive a replacement.

Do you offer digital downloads of your posters?

No, to protect our artwork from being stolen, and for quality control, we do not offer digital downloads.


Do you sell your artwork on other websites?

No, if you see our artwork being sold on another website, it is being sold illegally without our permission. If you order from one of these websites, you will receive a blurry, poor quality image. Graphic Mixology is the only website authorized to sell this artwork.
